Garin & Nicholas

While we were in DC we also visited Garin's half-brother Nicholas ("Ni-o-ni").
It is very hard to get two-year-olds to pose for photos . . .

We almost got them . . .

And then they were off . . . up and down . . .

Then up and up . . . but they finally both came back down for a good photo . . .

Travels Home

When asked what pictures to put up from our trip home, Garin said: "piktur Ali-ta, Matt, piktur Ma'malit". In translation, he would like to show pictures of Alicia, Matt, and Margalit who we visited in NYC (aka "big twity"). Here we were in Central Park, and then at a playground near Alicia and Matt's house (were we got to walk up and down 76 steps every time we went to their apartment and where the "gr-en but-tin oben dur" every time we left).

From New York, we went to DC where we saw "E-po" . . . "Em-e-lent" and the "bandas" mentioned previously.

All in all, it was a pretty good trip and we didn't have too many struggles about being in the car for long periods of time.

"Hello ban-da, pic-tur ban-da, banda an Gin-Gin" He is also excited that "Gin-Gin Ca'lina" (will go to Carolina) today.
We will post more photos from our trip once we're home.

Night-Night Caballo

Garin loves to put the animals to bed. He has a fun mix of English, Spanish, and sign right now.
